Hartlieb Law is a firm based on Kaua’i, Hawai’i that provides low-cost legal services to pro se litigants in Hawaii, and also legal representation in court at a fixed price.

Hartlieb Law aims to empower pro se litigants in giving them the confidence to represent themselves in their case by helping those who are pro se draft any legal documents that must be filed in their case, such as complaints, motions, or even responses to discovery requests. Hartlieb Law further provides advice and guidance for pro se litigants during their case that includes assisting them with preparing for trial.

From having helped pro se litigants over many years, Sean Hartlieb, the founder of Hartlieb Law, understands how the court process can sometimes be intimidating and confusing for those who have never filed a claim in court or have never defended a claim brought against them.
